A simple, yet delicious, Pasta Seafood Salad with chunks of crab meat and shrimp! Add in hard-boiled eggs, green onion, with delicious creamy dressing. It's a fantastic side or a great main course on a hot summer day!
Ingredients
- 8 oz of uncooked macaroni pasta
- 1 cup of flaked imitation crab meat
- 1 cup of cooked shrimp
- 1 cup of finely chopped celery
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons of white vinegar
- 1 teaspoons of white sugar
- 2 teaspoons of all-purpose seasoning. (For KETO diet, substitute with sugar-free all-purpose seasoning.)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, imitation crab, cooked shrimp, and celery.
- Add in mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and all-purpose seasoning. Mix until well combined. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving. (Best served overnight.)
